As a Project Leader, James oversees the construction of the company’s residential projects.

With a strong ethical standard and commitment to excellence, James continues to create life- long client relationships. He is admired for his infectious personality and respected by

coworkers, clients, subcontractors and partners for his extensive experience in the construction trades.

Vage’s strong understanding of working relationships between professional tradesmen and material suppliers in the commercial and residential construction industry is instrumental in maintaining project schedules within the criteria of the scope of work to be performed.

Vage manages projects by working directly with architects, designers, and clients, reviewing project plans, shop drawings and submittals. He prepares material/carpentry labor takeoffs, establishes orders for changes and creates project schedules.

Vage’s honest, direct approach and ability to get the job done, with the client’s interest at the forefront, has earned the respect of owners and professionals alike.

Soslan has served as a Project Manager for AURAHOME since 2021. He joined after eight years with Puzzle Construction, where he served as a Lead Carpenter and primarily focused on Existing Home Renovations/Remodels and New Construction. It was in New Jersey where he began to gather the set of skills that he now implements into his day-to-day tasks with AURAHOME.

Soslan specializes in fit-out projects and tentative improvements, demonstrating his attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.

He excels in building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring project success. Soslan consistently delivers exceptional results, fostering long-term partnerships and driving success for AURAHOME.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Since degree in Architecture. Andrew specializes in residential design within a diverse and distinguishing collection of styles. Andrew creates transformational alterations and distinguishes new homes by focusing on the goals and inspirations of each individual client.
